Founded in 2007 on a part-time basis, Party Master has now grown to be a business designed to meet the needs of the ever changing social world. Kigali is the current home with plans to expand to branch offices within three years. Party Master' staff, with numerous free lance vendors, plans events and writes event-planning products.
